- Customer details such as name, mobile number, email if provided, delivery address, landmark, and location link.
- Order details such as selected items, quantities, prices, taxes, packaging charges, delivery charges, payment status, order status, and support notes.
- Technical details such as browser/device information, cookies or local storage needed for cart, order recovery, analytics, fraud prevention, and website performance.
- Payment details are handled by secure payment partners such as PhonePe/payment gateway providers; we do not store full card, bank account, UPI PIN, OTP, or UPI credential details on this website.
How We Use Information
- Customer information is used for order fulfilment, support, refunds, delivery, fraud prevention, analytics, accounting, tax, legal, and compliance records.
- We may share required order details with delivery partners, payment providers, and service providers only as needed to complete the order.
- We do not sell customer personal information.
Payment & Refund Data
For online payments, payment partners may process transaction identifiers, payment status, refund status, bank/payment method references, and fraud-prevention signals as required to complete, verify, or reverse a transaction. Approved refunds will be credited back to the original payment method within 7 business days after verification through PhonePe or the applicable payment gateway.
Retention & Legal Use
Order, invoice, tax, payment, refund, delivery, and complaint records may be retained for at least 120 days where required for payment disputes, chargebacks, accounting, GST, FSSAI, fraud-prevention, legal compliance, and dispute-resolution purposes. Some records may be retained longer where required by law, tax rules, accounting obligations, or active disputes. Customers may request correction of inaccurate contact/order details by contacting us.
Customer Rights & Grievance Contact
Customers may contact annamayrestaurant@gmail.com for privacy questions, correction requests, deletion requests where legally possible, or complaints. We aim to acknowledge privacy requests within 72 hours, subject to legal and accounting retention requirements.
