For food orders, shipping means restaurant delivery within selected serviceable areas. We do not ship perishable food by courier, postal service, interstate, or internationally.

  • Delivery is available only in selected serviceable areas around Shantipuram, Phaphamau, Prayagraj.
  • Estimated delivery time is usually 30-60 minutes; maximum estimate is 90 minutes unless otherwise communicated.
  • Delivery charges are shown before payment.
  • Orders outside serviceable areas may be cancelled and refunded as applicable.
  • Late, missing, undelivered, damaged, defective, or materially different items may be eligible for exchange, replacement, store credit, partial refund, or full refund after verification.
  • Approved refunds will be credited back to the original payment method within 7 business days after verification.
