Refund Summary
- Eligible cases include failed payment, duplicate payment, payment deducted but order not confirmed, missing paid items, wrong items, damaged/spoiled food, materially different items, materially late delivery, non-delivery, overcharge, or restaurant-side cancellation.
- Approved refunds will be credited back to the original payment method within 7 business days after verification.
- Failed UPI transactions are generally auto-reversed by the banking/UPI network as per applicable NPCI/RBI timelines.
- Online payment refunds are routed through PhonePe or the applicable payment gateway wherever technically possible.
