Terms & Conditions

By using annamay.in or placing an order with Annamay Restaurant & Bakery, customers agree to these terms, the Payment Policy, Refund & Cancellation Policy, Return Policy, Shipping & Delivery Policy, and Privacy Policy. These terms apply to dine-in, pickup, and online food orders placed with Annamay Restaurant & Bakery.

  • All menu items are vegetarian and subject to availability.
  • Prices, taxes, delivery fees, offers, and availability may change without prior notice.
  • Orders are confirmed only after successful payment, valid customer details, and restaurant acceptance.
  • Customers must provide accurate name, phone number, delivery address, and location details.
  • GST is charged as applicable. Online payment is processed through secure third-party payment providers such as PhonePe/payment gateway partners.
  • Annamay Restaurant & Bakery does not serve or promote alcohol.
  • Customers must be legally capable of placing an order and must not misuse the website, payment gateway, order tracking links, or support channels.

Orders, Payments & Merchant Responsibility

  • Annamay Restaurant & Bakery is responsible for accepting the order, preparing the food, delivery/pickup support, quality concerns, cancellations, eligible refunds, and customer complaints related to our products and services.
  • Payment providers only facilitate the payment transaction. They do not prepare, sell, deliver, return, replace, or refund food items except by routing an approved refund to the original payment source within 7 business days after verification.
  • If payment succeeds but the order is not accepted by the restaurant, the order will be cancelled and the eligible amount will be credited back to the original payment method within 7 business days after verification.
  • If a customer pays the wrong merchant, enters the wrong amount, or makes an unintended transfer, the customer should contact the restaurant immediately. Refunds for such cases are subject to verification of receipt of funds by Annamay Restaurant & Bakery and will be credited back to the original payment method within 7 business days after approval.
  • An order may be rejected or cancelled if items are unavailable, customer details are incomplete, payment cannot be verified, the delivery address is outside our service area, or fulfilment is not possible due to operational conditions.

We aim to provide a first response within 24 hours. Approved exchanges, replacements, and refunds are completed within 7 business days after verification where applicable.

Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Subject to applicable law, disputes relating to orders placed with Annamay Restaurant & Bakery are subject to the courts and competent forums at Prayagraj, Uttar Pradesh.
