- For refund, return, delivery, quality, or payment complaints, email annamayrestaurant@gmail.com with order number, payment reference, issue details, and photo/video proof where applicable.
- We aim to provide a first response within 24 hours. Approved exchanges, replacements, and refunds are completed within 7 business days after verification where applicable.
- Support is available during restaurant operating hours. Approved refunds will be credited back to the original payment method within 7 business days after verification through PhonePe or the applicable payment gateway.
